Well, I have a quick revitalizing Green Goddess Coco Smoothie for you. This smoothie contains amazing coconut water sure to revitalize your cells, contains electrolytes for hydration and great for natural detoxification.
I actually love to purchase young coconuts and use the fresh coconut water vs coconut milk (optional). You can even use the coconut to drink your smoothie out of. 🙂
For breaking into your coconut check out the Coco Jack that is fantastic! I LOVE the Coco Jack. You can easily scrape the meat out and bust open the coconut so you can drink the fresh coco water. YUM!
GREEN COCO GODDESS SMOOTHIE:
- 1 BANANA
- 1/2 PINEAPPLE
- 1 CUP OF COCONUT WATER OR MILK
- HANDFUL OF SHREDDED COCONUT
- 1 HEAPING SPOONFUL OF GREEN POWDER OR SPINACH
- 1 TBS OR RAW HONEY
This smoothie is great for Energy and Digestion.
