These tips will help you physically and mentally. Even, if you try one…you are on the right track.
Remember, it is about progress VS perfection.
- Wake up early. The house is quiet at this time. 🙂
- Journal for 5 minutes. Just write…it does not even need to make sense. Just write.
- Meditate for 5 minutes and take a whiff of frankincense or sandalwood essential oil. This helps calm the chatter for the activities that follow. Focusing on gratitude and being grounded.
- Drink my morning lemon elixir. Which is warm water, 1/2 a lemon, 1 teaspoon of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs Brand) and a dash of cayenne pepper. This helps kick-start your digestion.
- Make my organic bullet proof coffee.
