Here is a recipe on how I use Raw Apple Cider Vinegar first thing in the morning:
-Boil the Kettle and fill a coffee cup with 1/2 hot water.
-Add cold water to top it off
-Add 1 tsp of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
-Add juice from 1/2 Lemon
-Add 1/2 tsp of honey
~Stimulates digestion, releases toxins from the liver and jump-starts your digestive enzyme.
