Super Bowl Sunday Healthy Snack Recipes. Best part, is that the recipes are healthy and won’t leave you with a sugar hangover nor feeling bloated. The stuffed date recipe is part of my Seasonal Elimination Program. Nope, no deprivation here!
10 large Medjool dates
½ cup Sunbutter
Dash of cinnamon
HEAT THE DATES. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Split the dates in half, lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Heat in the oven for about 10 minutes. Spoon Sunbutter into each date after the dates have been baked. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and serve. Option: Add, Raw Cacao Nibs to top off for extra superfood benefits.
