Step 4: By now you have joined Martha and she has connected you to the myHealthDestiny Facebook Forum so you are able to see fresh content posted and communicate with others who are on your same Plan.

Program Schedule + Weekly Content
Content will be released to you each Sunday at 6 p.m. (MST).
- PREP WEEK – The week before you start the 5 Day RESET and full 28 day program You’ll gain access to the site the first Sunday of the program and have access to the prep week content. Complete all of the prep week content before you begin the 28 day program.
- WEEK 1 – Understanding The Glycemic Index & Start of the full 28 day program The 28 day program begins! I suggest starting the 5 Day RESET on a Monday morning so you are “resetting” Monday -Friday.
- WEEK 2 – How To Stay Healthy At Restaurants, Parties, Happy Hours & During Travel
- WEEK 3 – Understanding Inflammation + Exercise and Proper Supplementation
- WEEK 4 – Your New Lifestyle Plan
