My story is probably similar to yours. Every day we’re juggling jobs, children, responsibilities and get caught up in the rat race. My own personal health transformation has led me to share with you how you too can overcome ailments and synthetic medication. Participating in this program created heightened awareness on lifestyle choices. I started at 137.7 and ended at 122.2 (lost 25 lbs!). Overall, very good; much less bloating and I think it is continued avoidance of almost all gluten and processed foods. Much high sensitivity to alcohol now; if I do drink it, I really feel more sluggish, just not so great the next day.
