The olive oil revolution can make you sick.
The olive oil revolution is a frustrating example of chemical laden infused products. What we think may be “organic” and a “clean” product may actually be Genetically Modified and contaminated with perfume, color and chemicals.
That is the bad news.
The good news is that research such as Mark Hyman’s new book “Eat Fat Get Thin” encourages us to eat more fat. Which, I totally agree! Good fat of course.
I usually suggest using the following oils to cook with: Olive oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame Oil, Nut oils (use sparingly if you are trying to lose weight – eat more if trying to gain weight).
