- Try starting off your day drinking warm water with lemon and 1 tablespoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. If the vinegar is too much for you just start off with warm water and lemon. Great for flushing toxins and prepping the digestive system to start your day.
- Body Brush: Use a dry skin brush stroke in a circular motion toward your heart. Start with the bottom of your feet and hands. Try this before taking a shower. Known to flush the lymphatic system.
- Rest: Use clove oil to detoxify applied over liver area and lavender oil for a restful night’s sleep.
