A few benefits:
Easy to Digest
- 2 cups coconut milk, rice, almond or hemp milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (home-made or canned)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 Tablespoons raw honey or 5 drops stevia
- 1 banana
- Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
