Homemade Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup of cold pressed olive oil
1/4 cup of Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
pinch of Himalayan Salt (pink salt)
Squirt of organic mustard
1 teaspoon of raw honey
*Whisk the dressing in a glass mason jam jar and save the leftover dressing for future salads.

Spring is the best time to cleanse naturally by eating food that loves you back. Dandelion is cleansing and Fennel is great for your digestive system, balancing hormones and more. This salad is easy to make and will leave you feeling satiated.

- 1 Bulb Fennel Remove the outer layer and core
- 8-10 Leaves Dandelion Use the leave and chop
- 1 Pixie Mandarin Peel and chop in half
- 1/4 cup olive oil cold pressed
- 1/4 cup Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Organic Dijon Mustart To tase
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 Orange Juice Fresh Squeezed - optional
- 1 tsp Raw Honey To taste
- Start off by chopping and slicing your fennel and dandelion. Second, peel the mandarine, slice in sections. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and top off by adding the salad dressing. Garnish with fennel leaves.

You will want to remove the outer layer on the fennel and the core of the fennel. Make sure the dandelion is washed well as it can be gritty. Thinly slice your fennel bulb.
