Start off by chopping and slicing your fennel and dandelion. Second, peel the mandarine, slice in sections.
You will want to remove the outer layer on the fennel and the core of the fennel. Make sure the dandelion is washed well as it can be gritty. Thinly slice your fennel bulb.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and top off by adding the salad dressing. Garnish with fennel leaves.
