As the weather changes and gets cooler I tend to crave comfort food. Paleo turkey meatballs are gluten-free, packed with protein and super easy to make for the entire family.
Are you looking for simple, quick and healthy meals to satisfy the entire family? Making turkey meatballs and doubling the recipe is a quick way to repurpose a clean protein source for quick meals.
Whether you are paleo, gluten-free, omnivore in general this recipe is a winner. I like to listen to my body and “crowd” in turkey vs seafood every now and then. I listen to my own advice by integrating more protein during cooler months. As we transition into Fall and Winter its important to build your immune system to prevent colds and viruses. Remember, bio-individuality is what you need to listen to. What is your body asking you for?

Gluten free, paleo, packed with protein and super quick to make. Feel free to use organic turkey or grass fed beef OR 1/2 lb of each.
Makes 3-4 Servings.
Combine together the coarsely chopped parsley and garlic. Add almond meal, egg, and meat to the bowl, and mix well with your hands. Then add salt and pepper, and mix until thoroughly combined.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce or with your favorite vegetable.
I like to cook spaghetti squash and place meatballs and marinara sauce on top of the squash.
Let me know how you like it! Super easy and nourishing for the entire family.
