My family and I love to eat raw food this time of the year. You can make your pasta with zucchini or cucumber. Either one will benefit your body and be very hydrating. This dish is super easy to make. The tool you will need to purchase is a spiral slicer that has 3 different settings. The slicer I like to use is the one from Sur La Table. They are very inexpensive.
